Includes two team shirts, two sleeves of balls, meals and beverages for all players who qualify for the team

QUALIFYING DATES
May 16-17 – Open Qualifying
June 13-14 – Open Qualifying
June 27-28 – NWA Stroke Play (PV,LS) – Both Rounds Count for Qualifying
June 22 – July 10 – Match Play Championship
July 11-12 – PVAC Stroke Play Club Championship – Both Rounds Count for Qualifying
July 25-26 – Open Qualifying
Players may only play one round per qualifying day. Players do not have to play both days of the weekend but must declare which day(s) they wish to play. Tee times and pairings will be set by the Golf Staff.
TEAM
12 – Open Division (Blue Tees) – 2 Alternates Ages 21-49
8 – Senior Players (White Tees) – 2 Alternates Ages 50-59
6 – Super Seniors (Gold Tees) – 2 Alternates Ages 60-69
4 – Masters Players (Green Tees) – 2 Alternates Ages 70+
10 – Next 10 Lowest Qualifying Scores (Best 4 Rounds) Regardless of Tee
The team will be determined based on the best four qualifying scores in each division as listed. Plus the next 10 lowest scores, regardless of Tee.
